What submitting means

Submitting gives Ian Goh permission to review the material for a possible conversation. There is no obligation to reply, meet, invest, advise, introduce anyone, or take a project forward.

A submission does not create an investment, advisory, employment, agency, or other business relationship. It does not create a partnership.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the authority to share the information and files you submit, and that doing so does not breach another person's rights or obligations.

Do not send trade secrets that require an NDA. Submitting here does not create an NDA or any duty to keep information confidential beyond the privacy practices described on this site.
